Rename an HDD Box
You can rename the Box name of the HDD job you select from the list.
This procedure differs between a case in which the HDD folder and HDD Box are password protected and that in which the HDD folder and HDD Box are not password protected.
Select a folder from the list.
If the folder is password protected, the [Folder Password] screen is displayed.
When the folder is not password protected, proceed to step 3.
Enter the password, and click [OK].
If the entered password matches the registered password, the lock is released.
Click the “+” icon displayed on the left of the folder name to display Boxes.
Select a Box to be deleted.
If the Box is password protected, the [Box Password] screen is displayed.
If the Box is not password protected, proceed to step 5.
Enter the password, and click [OK].
If the entered password matches the registered password, the lock is released.
Select [Box] - [Change Box Name] from the [Job Operations] menu.
You can also select [Box] - [Change Box Name] from the right-click menu to rename a Box.
The [Change Box Name] screen is displayed.
Enter a new Box name, then click [OK].
