Daily Color Management
Timing
It is recommended to perform the color management using Color Centro on a daily basis in order to ensure accurate and stable color printing.
Particularly at the following times, you should perform the color management using Color Centro.
Every time 1,000 sheets are output
When the screen setting or paper type has been changed
When environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) have changed
When the exact reproduction of the color shade is required
When a change in a color shade is apparent
For example, also at any of the following times, you should perform the color management by using Color Centro.
When this machine is installed
When paper is changed
When you change an output profile
Tasks
Among the color management tasks performed using Color Centro, it is recommended to execute calibration at least once a day. For details about calibration, refer to Types of Calibration.
For details about other management tasks using Color Centro, refer to the workflows listed in Color Management by Combining Functions. It is recommended to execute any or a combination of the workflows.
