Overview of the [JOB LIST] Screen

[Hold Job] screen

Displayed when [Hold Job] is pressed on the [JOB LIST] screen. It allows you to output, duplicate, or delete hold jobs and provides HDD Store and Job Edit functions.

[Secure Job] screen

Displayed when [Secure Job] is pressed on the [JOB LIST] screen. This screen is available to store print jobs sent from the PS Plug-in driver on the computer. A print job stored as a secure job can be edited. To output data, press [Output] on the [Secure Job] screen. When output is completed, the stored print job is deleted.

[Schedule] screen

Displayed when [Schedule] is pressed on the [JOB LIST] screen. It shows the jobs listed on the [Reserved Job] screen using job bars. It also allows you to change the order of reserved jobs from the job bar display, or to change the paper tray specified for a reserved job.

[Reserved Job] screen

Displayed when [Reserved Job] is pressed on the [JOB LIST] screen. It provides a listing of the current status of printing, suspended, or reserved jobs, and allows you to check or delete the details of each job. For reserved jobs, you can change the printing order.

[Spool] screen

Displayed when [Spool] is pressed on the [JOB LIST] screen. This screen displays the status of the currently extracted job during print job receiving or spooling. If [Hot Folder Function] is set to [Enable], you can check or delete output jobs in the hot folder or change the output order.

[Output Hist.] screen

Displayed when [Output Hist.] is pressed on the [JOB LIST] screen. It provides a listing of output history. You can check the details of output jobs.

[Send History] screen

Displayed when [Send History] is pressed on the [JOB LIST] screen. It provides a listing of send history. You can check the details of send jobs.

[Incomp. Hist.] screen

Displayed when [Incomp. Hist.] is pressed on the [JOB LIST] screen. It provides a listing of incomplete jobs.
