Displays the [Spool] screen.

[File Name]

Displays the file name when applied.

[User Name]

Displays the user name when registered.

[Status]

Displays the status, such as receiving and waiting for RIP.

[Mode]

Displays the mode (Print/HDD TWAIN/FORM Store) of the job.

[Details]

Press when a job having the status of [Number Limit (Waiting)] is selected. You can check the location to save the job, etc.

[Hot Folder]

Displays the status of the file copied to the hot folder.

[Delete]

Pressed to delete a specified job.

[To Top]

Pressed to move a specified job to the top of the list.

[Up]

Pressed to advance a specified job by one in priority order.

Scroll keys

Pressed to scroll to the desired page of the Spool list if the list contains more than one page.
