Q2. I can't put a job on hold.

A2. If there are already 500 jobs on hold, the next job attempted to be held is rejected. Delete unnecessary hold jobs, and then try again.

  • You can also change the settings so that when there are 500 jobs on hold, the next job is accepted to be held upon the automatic deletion of the oldest job. Contact your service representative.

  • Even if there are less than 500 jobs on hold, the next job attempted to be held may be rejected depending on
    the HDD space. In that case, delete unnecessary jobs and then re-execute the operation.
