A. When the number of hold jobs reaches the maximum, the next job is rejected.

Delete unnecessary hold jobs, and then try again.

Tips
  • You can change a setting so that when the number of hold jobs reaches the maximum, the next hold job is accepted and the oldest job is automatically deleted. Contact your service representative.

  • Even if the number of hold jobs does not reach the maximum, the next hold job may be rejected depending on the HDD space. In that case, delete unnecessary jobs and then store the job again.
