CMYK-CMYK DLP: Importing a Profile

You can register a CMYK-CMYK device link profile of Local, My Documents, or Network in Controller. You can also use a device link profile created via application other than Color Centro.

1. Click CMYK-CMYK Device Link Profile on Profile Management screen.

   • supplementary explanationSimilar operation can be done by selecting, on the File menu, Profile Type - CMYK-CMYK Device Link Profile.

2. Select the places from Local, My Documents or Network of the tree format, where the CMYK-CMYK Device Link Profile are saved.

   The list appears according to the selection.

3. Select a CMYK-CMYK device link profile from the list.

4. Click Import.

   The Import screen is displayed.

   • supplementary explanationWhen you select the multiple CMYK-CMYK device link profiles, Import is not available.

   • supplementary explanationWhen a folder other than Controller is selected on the tree view, Import is not available.

   • supplementary explanationSimilar operation can be done when you select File menu - Import.

5. Enter Saved Name and Memo.
   Up to 31 one-byte characters can be entered to Saved Name. Up to 64 one-byte characters (32 two-byte characters) can be entered to Memo.

   • supplementary explanationYou cannot save the CMYK-CMYK device link profile of the same name with those in the image controller.

6. Click Import.

   The CMYK-CMYK device link profile is registered in the image controller.

   Import screen is closed to return to Profile Management screen.
