Q1. If using Image Controller IC-603, is it possible to save document data from the computer to the hard disk (HDD)?

A1. Yes.

Open up the data file to save to the HDD and set the following:

Hold and HDD Store for Print Job

PS Plug-in driver:

Go to [Workflow] tab - [Output Method], then select [Print/Store on HDD] / [Store on HDD] or [Print/Hold] / [Hold].

PPD driver:

Specify the software memory switch (28, or 48 and 49).

Click [Advanced] on the [Paper/Quality] tab. From the [Advanced Options] screen, go to [Print Mode], then select [Spool] or [Hold Job] / [Hold Job and Print].
